Ongoing restrictions in travel and limited guest capacity make live streaming an essential deciding factor for many couples looking to book a wedding venue.
The Wedding Streamers provide simple to use, high quality, low cost solutions so you can offer live streaming of the wedding ceremony as a service to your clients.
We have been providing streaming technology solutions since 2001 - you are in safe hands.
We supply you with all the hardware you need, preconfigured with our easy to use software.
Once installed and connected to your internet, simply book the time slot on the booking system. This will give you a unique link for the couple to share with their guests. Then on the day just click a button to start the stream and another to end it.
The player can be customised with your logo, as well as the names of the couple getting married
The encoding rate (quality) can be adjusted up or down to give the best experience based on your available internet bandwidth
The recording is streamed live or can be watched again after the event and even downloaded for your clients and their guests to keep
Our solutions are simple and reliable, but if you ever need support, we are available and online 7 days a week

“Couples are delighted they are able to ‘wedcast’ their ceremony to friends and family who are unable to attend in person to celebrate with them. We always make sure we include the guests at home and give them a wave. The system is easy to book and operate and the equipment is discreetly placed within our ceremony rooms to ensure the best camera angle for the couple. Wedcasting is a great addition to our service offered.”
Pat Evans, Registration Service Manager/ Superintendent Registrar, Liverpool City Council
"We recently installed a WedCast system in our Garden Pavilion, to host a socially distanced wedding. The happy couple were delighted to share their special moment with friends and family who could not attend.”
Tom Kadri, Hurley House Hotel
Based on the streaming system we designed, built and managed for Parliament in 2003, we developed a system to be used by councils to live stream wedding ceremonies from registry offices in 2015.

The camera we use has good low light performance. Positioning of the camera is important particularly when there are windows that stream direct sunlight into the room. We can advise you on best angles and lighting suggestions.

The recommended minimum is 2MBit per second which allows for 1Mbit per second streaming with sufficient headroom to ensure no buffering. This can be either a dedicated or partitioned from the on-site network. Remote desktop access is desirable as it allows us to remotely diagnose and/or control the system.
